In addition, the exit ramp from I-285 southbound to SR 14 Spur and the exit ramp from I-85 northbound to SR 14 Spur are blocked. All traffic coming from I-285 westbound onto SR 14 Spur is being diverted onto Old National Hwy. Emergency responders are on scene working to clear the incident.
